Pre-register for a Paddle: Use the registration form to pre-register for your paddle or register in person on the day of the event.
Attend the Auction: Join us at the live auction venue on Tues, December 10th at Franchesco's Ristorante.
Raise Your Paddle: During the auction, raise your paddle when you want to place a bid. The auctioneer will announce the current bid amount and call for raises.
Winning the Bid: If your bid is the highest when the auctioneer declares “Sold!”, you win the item!
Our team will assist with paddle registration and ensure a smooth bidding process. Have fun and good luck!

Browse Items: Access the auction items page via the link provided in your confirmation text.
Place Bids: Click "Click to Bid" for the desired item, enter your maximum bid, and submit.
Bid Review: You will receive a confirmation text message that your bid is being reviewed. Keep watching the auction page for the current bid amounts.
Winning: If your bid is highest at the close of the auction, you’ll get a text and email with payment and collection instructions.
A: The event includes both a live auction and a silent auction. The live auction is for in-person attendees, while the silent auction is conducted online and open to both in-person and remote participants.
A: You can register online or at the event. Silent auction registration includes a $5 fee and requires a credit card on file. This card will be processed for items won unless an alternative payment method is pre-approved during registration.
A: You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (credit card or approved alternative).
A: Any remaining tickets can be purchased up to the start of the event, while tickets last.

Every bid you place helps youth get back on track, stay out of trouble, and reach healthy adulthood, bringing restoration to Rockford, and beyond.
A: Yes, the silent auction is online and open to all registered participants.
A: Enter your maximum bid into the item’s bid form. If you win, you will only pay one increment above the next highest bid.For example, if your maximum bid is $1,000, the second-highest bid is $700, and the increment is $25, you will pay $725.
A: After registration, visit the auction items page on our website to view items and submit bids using the bid form for each item.
Each bid is reviewed and approved manually, and you’ll receive a text notification confirming the status of your bid.
A: The auction organizer will resolve any technical issues or discrepancies as fairly as possible.

A: Payment is required immediately after winning a bid. The credit card on file will be charged unless an alternative payment method has been pre-approved during registration.
A: We accept credit cards, cash, checks, paypal, and Venmo. The credit card provided at registration will be used unless an alternative method has been arranged.
A: Yes. An initial invoice with the winning bid amounts for all items won will be sent and due immediately. If shipping or delivery is requested, we will select the most economical option (unless an alternative method is requested) and send a separate invoice for these charges. Items will be shipped upon payment of this invoice.
A: Winning bidders can collect items:
In person: Pick up your item at the event.
At the Day Home: Schedule a pickup time (optional tours available).
Shipping or Delivery: Upon request, we can arrange for shipping or delivery at an additional cost.
A: Yes, shipping and delivery charges will be invoiced separately. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional cost.
A: All sales are final. Exceptions may be considered in extreme cases at the discretion of the auction organizer.
A: Please consult your tax advisor. Invoices will include the item name, assessed value, winning bid amount, and our non-profit 501(c)(3) status and EIN Tax ID# for reference.
A: Disputes will be handled internally by the auction organizer. Contact us if you encounter any issues.
A: No, the auction organizer is not liable for discrepancies in item descriptions, item conditions, or delivery delays.
A: Your information will be used solely for auction-related purposes. Unless you opt out during registration, you may also be added to our mailing and newsletter lists.
A: No, your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
